Shipping policy
On our online store we deliver our printed books only with DHL shipping service (DHL EXPRESS WORDLWIDE). We charge the delivery price on the checkout. You will not face any additional fees regarding shipping service while receiving the parcel.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CTOTOOLBOX is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We provide tracking code after submitting the product to the delivery to your email address provided on the checkout. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cto@cto-toolbox.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
